Wembdon Parish Council examines all new planning applications, and if there are any issues identified then the application is discussed at a Parish Council Planning Committee meeting. The Planning Committee usually meets before the monthly Parish Council Meeting, and will decide on how the Council will respond to each application. The agenda is published on the website and posted on the Parish Council noticeboards five days before a meeting.
If no issues are identified then the Parish Council does not comment on an application.

Coronavirus update: As the government have said that physical council meetings should not be held at present, Parish Council Planning Committee meetings are being held virtually, using Zoom software. Members of the public may still ‘attend’ or address the Parish Council on any item on the agenda. See the next meeting’s agenda for details of how to register.
